5 out of 5 starsTo start off, I genuinely can't thank Anson and Juan enough for the service and support they provided recently while helping us out of a very difficult position. Sparing the details, we needed our furnace prematurely replaced and due to an unfortunate circumstance with 2 earlier contractors. Anson and his team began with a less than ideal situation and made it the best possible outcome. It was a large job that included relocating a steam humidifier, installing a new high-tech modulating furnace with a UV LED and bi-polar ionization air purification system. Due to system compatibility, we were forced to also prematurely replace our AC coil, but this was not as a result of anything RnR did, but rather a position we were put into by the previous contractor. In the end, an expensive undertaking was perfectly managed and executed by RnR and we are confident we will receive many years of reliable performance and support. See more See less

5 out of 5 starsHuge shout out to Anson Ramiro with Air Inc. If your furnace decides to stop working like ours did just before a cold spell, give him a call! I found his name on Nextdoor and I prefer to use small businesses. He actually answered the phone and came to my house same day (on a Friday). Our poor old furnace needed to be replaced, and he wasn’t able to get it until Monday morning. Because it was cold, he drove back to our house and gave us two area heaters to try to keep our pipes from freezing. Then he showed up this morning, right on time, and installed our new furnace! Anson and his two guys took great care of our house and cleaned everything when they were done. Very professional, excellent customer service, and a price that couldn’t be beat! Give him a call! 5 out of 5 starsIn the middle of heatwave last week our AC had died, since we are first time home owner, it was a very distressful situation. We had extensively searched for right installers in town. Getting quote was quite hard job and got quoted for same unit many different prices (mostly way HIGHER) and they were not readily available to install new unit. Finally thru Networx we found RunNright and they made whole process SUPER easy. Anson, the owner provided estimate on the phone and visited property on same day (No one can beat his price). He was quick to assess our needs and sent installers same week. Most of the other companies were giving us dates TWO weeks back during one of the worst heatwaves in recent times. The installers (Carl & his assistant) did excellent job and made sure that AC unit was up and running same day. They came back and applied finishing touch next day. Anson called us to check if everything done right and we appreciate that. We highly recommend them for any HVAC works. See more See less
